About Us
Unexpected Accessories is a part time game studio based in Los Angeles, CA. Our goal is to create wholesome and experimental games that blend playful ideas with weird designs. The studio is currently developing Addie Shen, the math based puzzle shooter for Steam.
Our History
Josh Delson founded Unexpected Accessories in 2024 to create games that break away from industry norms. Inspired by Josh’s early days making games in Adobe Flash, the studio focuses on developing small, but new game ideas at their own pace. The team consists of AAA industry veterans and independent developers from across the United States, united by a shared passion for innovation and play. Their debut title, Addie Shen, is coming to Steam in 2026.
